CARDIAC DRUG THERAPY

Oso offers complex treatment services to patients with Congestive Heart Failure. Oso has extensive experience in working with the fragility of this therapy as well as the attention to detail needed to provide quality care. Oso's program provides quality delivery of Home Inotropic IV Therapy. It is in the best interest of the patient to receive CHF therapies outside of the hospital setting to avoid exposure to nosocomial infections.

Oso's CHF program supports both patients awaiting transplant, as well as those with advanced heart failure. The goal is to provide complete care for symptoms and therapies to support comfort while the patient remains at home.

Therapies Provided:

  • Inotropic therapies: Milrinone, Dobutamine, Dopamine

  • Pain and Symptom Management

  • Anti-infective therapies

  • Nutrition Support: Parenteral (intravenous) and Enteral (oral)
