Oso Home Care offers customized care plans throughout our Factor Therapy Programs. We recognize that managing patients on Factor requires detailed attention to therapy goals. The Oso clinical team works with the physician, the patient and the patient's family to ensure that the appropriate care plan and clinical follow up is coordinated.
